Can I change or cancel my order?
Sorry - once your order has been placed it can not be changed or cancelled as we make each print to order. Please choose carefully.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is custom made to order - therefore please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order if there are no shipping delays.
You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons.
Who creates the custom artwork?
We have a team of artist's who custom design each portrait specific to your requirements.
What type of photo do you recommend we submit for custom artwork?
When you submit your photo, please make sure the quality is clear and bright enough for our artists to see all the finer details. Make sure that the subject if fully in frame, and the top of their head is not cut off.
Please Note:
Our artists cannot draw what they cannot see, and we will frame the artwork according to the image provided. For example, if a photo is submitted and the left side of the images is cut off due to framing, we will justify the the artwork to the left also like the below example.
ABOUT OUR ART:
All of our prints are available as unframed or framed archival prints produced on the highest quality premium 230gsm matte paper. Our prints both framed and unframed are made to order and come in 4 sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1.
FRAMING:
Our frames are made from environmentally sustainable timber with real glass and are available in either a smooth white, smooth black or a natural timber colour. Our frames are a premium, contemporary box-styled frame, measuring 2cm wide on the face and 3cm deep against the wall. All frames are ready to hang.
