Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@artandcasius.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Portraits are comic in nature and artistic in expression, refunds are not issued on the basis of you not liking the artwork.  

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you order the correct size and colour, and that you have uploaded the correct photo and custom text is spelt correctly.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations, carefully think it through before placing your order.   

Artwork 

All artwork is custom made to order. When you submit your photo, please make sure the quality is clear and bright enough for our artists to see all the finer details. Make sure that the subject if fully in frame, and the top of their heads are not cut off. Our artists cannot draw what they cannot see, and we will frame the artwork according to the image provided. For example, if a photo is submitted and the left side of the images is cut off due to framing, we will justify the the artwork to the left also like the below example. 

Quality Disclaimer

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography tips, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can't guarantee that special requests will be adhered to - for example we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can however, remove red eye, edit eye colour and other requests.

Please note that all examples on site were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on site.
